Senior Implementation Consultant – Marketing Technology

About the role

The Senior Implementation Consultant will be responsible for technical consulting, requirements engineering, and the implementation of enterprise marketing technology solutions. This role involves coordinating projects, supporting the sales process, and ensuring successful system delivery for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal projects with project and quality management
• Perform technical conception, specification, and requirements engineering for software solutions
• Consult and support internal and external clients
• Implement and configure enterprise system solutions for system rollouts and proof-of-concepts
• Support sales processes through RFIs, RFPs, and sales demonstrations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Train and support clients in system application and maintenance
