Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

As a key member of the Product Development team, you will own user-facing features end-to-end, from refining business logic in Java/Spring Boot to building responsive React/TypeScript interfaces. You will operate in an AI-native engineering culture, using tools to accelerate development while maintaining architectural integrity and quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and have direct access to the CTO for mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end across the stack using Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript.
• Use AI tools to accelerate scaffolding, refactoring, and test writing while ensuring architectural integrity.
• Drive the evolution toward a multi-module Spring Modulith architecture and optimize PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch queries.
• Maintain rigorous test coverage using JUnit, Testcontainers, and Playwright.
• Conduct merge request reviews and mentor junior engineers.
