About the role

The QA/QC Manager will direct and manage the comprehensive quality management system for both the precast plant and associated construction sites. This role involves developing and maintaining robust quality protocols and inspection plans to ensure all precast components meet technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage the comprehensive quality management system for both the precast plant and associated construction sites.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain robust quality protocols, detailed inspection plans, and standardized checklists tailored to precast production workflows.
• Verify that all precast components are fabricated and assembled in exact accordance with approved technical drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Oversee quality assurance processes throughout the production and construction lifecycle.
