Senior Technical Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Technical Recruiter will partner with senior engineering and product leaders to design and execute strategies for attracting and hiring world-class technical talent. This role involves managing full-lifecycle recruitment for critical engineering positions, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize hiring processes, and championing inclusive practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior end-to-end hiring for critical, highly technical positions including Principal Engineers, Staff Engineers, and Engineering Leadership.
• Act as a trusted business advisor to Heads of Engineering, Product, and People to shape role designs and hiring strategies.
• Drive data-led strategy by using market intelligence and recruiting metrics to guide hiring decisions.
• Optimise recruiting operations by refining assessment frameworks and maintaining high data accuracy.
• Champion diversity, inclusion, and candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Mentor junior recruiters on best practices and TA initiatives.
