Product Owner, Card Programs

About the role

Flex is building an AI-native private bank for business owners and is seeking a Product Owner to lead its card programs. You will own the end-to-end card stack, including ledger, processing, servicing, and network relationships, while scaling the portfolio from one to five-plus programs. This role requires a builder who can manage vendor relationships, architect operational infrastructure, and recruit a team to support rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Own every layer of Flex's card programs including ledger, processing, servicing, fulfillment, BIN sponsor management, and network relationships.
• Lead processor strategy and direct network relationships while holding vendors accountable.
• Drive technical and commercial negotiations.
• Build the operational infrastructure to support five concurrent card programs across credit, stablecoin, and rewards.
• Architect the path to scale the portfolio by more than 20x.
• Build the operating model to support scale without compromising customer experience.
• Recruit the next layer of the card programs team.
• Translate technical card issuing complexity into clear product decisions for the company.
