About the role

As a Regional Team Leader, you are responsible for the target achievement and KPI performance of a B2C sales promotion project in your region. You lead a team of sales promoters, ensuring that sales goals, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met. You report directly to the Senior Field Manager and act as the central control authority for your region.

Responsibilities

• Gesamtverantwortung für Zielerreichung, KPI-Performance und Vertriebsqualität innerhalb der Region
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines regionalen Teams aus Sales Promotern
• Aktive Feldbegleitung, Coaching und Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Compliance-Vorgaben
• Analyse von Verkaufszahlen und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Performance-Steuerung
• Unterstützung bei Recruiting und Onboarding neuer Sales Promoter
