VP, Engineering & Facilities

About the role

The VP of Engineering & Facilities will define and scale the engineering systems, infrastructure, and technical capabilities powering the company's compounding and pharmacy fulfillment network. This leader will own the design and evolution of the end-to-end engineering ecosystem, including facility design, cleanrooms, automation, and manufacturing systems. The role requires a strategic and hands-on leader to partner with Pharmacy, Operations, and Quality leadership to enable manufacturing and fulfillment expansion.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise engineering strategy across compounding, pharmacy, and fulfillment operations.
• Lead the design, expansion, commissioning, and ongoing support of regulated manufacturing and pharmacy facilities.
• Own and optimize large-scale capital investment planning for facility builds, automation, and infrastructure.
• Partner with Quality and Operations to ensure designs meet cGMP, FDA, and USP requirements.
• Build and lead a high-performing, multi-disciplinary engineering and facilities organization.
• Improve throughput, reliability, and capacity through system design and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
