Ovivamed is seeking a Medical Practice Assistant to join their clinic in Zurich. The role involves managing patient reception, scheduling, and administrative workflows while supporting medical staff with clinical tasks such as blood draws and vital sign measurements. The successful candidate will contribute to the company's mission of providing accessible, AI-supported care for chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Freundlicher, professioneller Empfang und erste Ansprechperson für Patient*innen
• Selbstständige Verwaltung des Terminwesens inkl. Konfliktlösung
• Identifikation und Verbesserung administrativer Abläufe
• Sicherstellung vollständiger und datenschutzkonformer Patientendokumentation
• Optimierung der Patientenkommunikation
• Unterstützung neuer Teammitglieder im Onboarding
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit medizinischem Fachpersonal für eine koordinierte Versorgung
• Praktische Unterstützung im Praxisalltag durch Blutabnahmen sowie Blutdruck- und BMI-Messungen
