The Train Manager Safety & Project Manager acts as a deputy to the On Board Experience Director, focusing on safety, operational excellence, and customer experience. The role involves managing the safety and communication team, overseeing safety protocols for train management staff, and leading departmental projects. The position requires frequent travel to Brussels and London.

Responsibilities

• Manage the safety and professional communication team
• Oversee safety for train management staff, including risk management and competency maintenance
• Lead departmental projects from planning to implementation
• Serve as the primary contact for train management tools and IT coordination
• Manage internal communications, including newsletters and documentation platforms
• Deputize for the On Board Experience Director to ensure service continuity
