Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with customer technical teams to integrate their data and workflows with our industrial AI software. You will apply advanced AI techniques in real-world manufacturing settings to drive adoption and deliver measurable value. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to deploy solutions and contributing features directly to the product platform.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with technical teams at customer factories to connect data and workflows to our software.
• Apply state of the art AI in challenging real world settings to drive user adoption and prove value.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists and other engineers to deliver value quickly and consistently.
• Contribute features directly to the product to maximize platform utility.
• Proactively inform the product organization of key pain points and opportunities for improvement.
