Associate Director, Programme Management

About the role

The Associate Director of Programme Management will work with Programme Leads and project teams to deliver and drive adoption of a portfolio of business data intelligence solutions. This role involves translating project requirements into deliverables, managing project planning, and ensuring user-centric design and effective change management across the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop a program of works for existing and new systems supporting business data goals.
• Translate project requirements into tangible deliverables with a focus on cost and time.
• Own project planning and prioritize the backlog to ensure impactful delivery.
• Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to allocate and prioritize team workload.
• Monitor progress against project plans and conduct system testing to ensure quality standards.
• Manage change and user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Derive actionable insights from usage metrics to inform future product improvements.
