About the role

The Picker & Packer is responsible for accurately gathering products from warehouse shelves and preparing them for delivery. This role involves quality control, packaging, and maintaining inventory records to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Read order sheets or use handheld scanners to locate and gather correct products from warehouse shelves.
• Inspect items for damage, defects, or missing parts before preparing them for delivery.
• Select appropriate boxes, wrap fragile goods, seal packages, and apply accurate shipping labels.
• Update computer systems, track stock levels, and report low inventory or damaged goods to supervisors.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
