Software Engineer

About the role

UpGuard is seeking software engineers to join their product engineering team as they scale their infrastructure to process billions of risk signals. You will work within a cross-functional team to develop customer-facing features, improve system reliability, and address challenges related to high throughput and big data. This role involves crafting integrated solutions that influence the security posture of global customers while maintaining a focus on clean code and thoughtful design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and designers to create world-class products.
• Own and develop new customer-facing features end-to-end.
• Improve system reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions and architectural decisions.
• Explore an interesting, challenging domain, mastering the fundamentals of cybersecurity and the internet.
