Medior / Senior Java Software Engineer

About the role

Keylane is seeking a Software Engineer to join the Axon Product Development team to build new functionality and improve their SaaS platform. You will work within a Scrum team to solve complex technical puzzles, collaborate with business analysts and test engineers, and maintain high standards for code performance and usability. The role involves leveraging AI-assisted development tools while maintaining full accountability for the quality, security, and maintainability of the delivered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and test engineers to create new functionality and internal improvements.
• Take responsibility for a vital part of the software within a Scrum team.
• Deliver solid solutions by optimizing performance, usability, testability, and maintainability.
• Analyze complex problems by cooperating with colleagues from various teams.
• Use AI-assisted tools to support activities across the software development lifecycle while validating all generated output.
