The role involves visiting patients in their homes or offices to provide diagnostic services while maintaining a high standard of patient care. Specialists work independently to ensure accurate specimen collection and processing in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office, drive to and from appointments, and drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and processing of specimens with a high degree of accuracy
• Adapt to a rapid high-growth environment
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT
