About the role

Immersive Labs is seeking an experienced, customer-centric Product Designer to join their Product team and drive the evolution of the flagship Immersive One platform. You will own product problems from discovery through to delivery, working closely with Product and Engineering to shape experiences that scale across a complex B2B environment. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex cybersecurity data into intuitive user interfaces while balancing user needs with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of delivering specific product features end-to-end within a quarter.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to explore solutions, challenge assumptions and make evidence-led product decisions.
  • Transform complex, technical cybersecurity data into clear, intuitive user interfaces using human-centered design methods.
  • Formulate clear hypotheses to solve customer and business needs and validate design decisions using research.
  • Use customer research, behavioral data and product metrics to inform and validate work.
  • Design across journeys, information architecture, workflows and reusable patterns.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes and detailed UI using Figma while contributing to the shared design system.
