About the role
The Senior Manager Mental Performance & Psychology will contribute to the conceptual design, implementation, and coordination of psychological content within the DFB's football development department. This role serves as a key contact and sparring partner for sports psychology projects, supporting national teams and the broader German football system. The position focuses on integrating innovative sports psychology approaches to improve performance frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and coordinate psychological content for football development and national teams
- Act as a contact person and practical sparring partner for sports psychology topics and projects
- Represent the organization through presentations and moderation on sports psychology subjects
- Consolidate and integrate new and innovative approaches from the field of sports psychology
- Coordinate the work of sports psychology experts across national teams
