About the role

The Senior Supplier Quality Development Specialist will drive supplier development to ensure high quality standards and establish a stable network with key partners. This role involves monitoring supplier performance, identifying process optimization opportunities, and implementing corrective measures to improve quality. The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to prevent defects and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Quality agreements with suppliers
• Identification of opportunities for optimisation in supplier processes and implementation of appropriate measures
• Monitoring of supplier performance
• Measurable improvement in supplier quality through targeted corrective actions
• Support for problem-solving, root cause analysis and corrective measures
• Analysis of quality data and preparation of reports on supplier performance
• Close communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to prevent defects
