Assistant Store Manager

About the role

SOFACOMPANY is opening a new store in Nuremberg and is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead and motivate the team. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage personnel, and ensure a high-quality customer experience. This role involves active participation in store operations, staff development, and the implementation of sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team in close cooperation with the Store Manager to achieve company goals
• Manage the recruiting process, onboarding, training, and maintain a positive work atmosphere
• Assist with app-based staff scheduling
• Actively participate in the design and development of store inventory based on KPI analysis and visual guidelines
• Implement sales strategies to ensure 5-star service
• Lead by example in active customer contact
• Report to the Store Manager and represent them in their absence
