Partner Success Manager

About the role

As a Partner Success Manager at Matic, you will develop, lead, and deliver the growth strategy for an assigned book of business made up of both large and small client partnerships. Your mission is to strengthen our partnerships in order to foster mutually beneficial revenue growth. This position collaborates cross-functionally with internal and external departments to ensure partner success.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with partners at all levels including C-suite.
• Develop long-term strategies and workflows to drive product adoption.
• Manage expectations, address concerns proactively, and turn obstacles into consultative opportunities.
• Drive partner growth by analyzing data to extract actionable insights.
• Provide reporting and performance updates to leadership.
• Partner across internal teams to ensure consistent performance.
• Identify risks and drive accountability.
• Proactively streamline interactions through process improvements and standardization of tools and templates.
