Mentor - Data Product Manager

About the role

Mentors are industry professionals who provide technical support to learners in their Nanodegree journey. You will meet virtually on a weekly basis with students to provide community support, host live office hours, and facilitate learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for students over an online community forum
• Answer questions around course content over the forum and facilitate content for students who get stuck in learning
• Host one weekly live virtual session to offer direct, real-time support to students
• Redirect learners to appropriate support channels and escalate issues to the Mentor Operations team when needed
