Staff Product Manager

About the role

The Staff Product Manager will lead the strategic initiative to build a native Channel Manager experience, integrating OTA connectivity directly into the Mews platform. This role operates above day-to-day execution to define product strategy, manage complex third-party API landscapes, and ensure seamless transitions for existing customers. You will work closely with engineering teams to drive technical product decisions and implement AI-assisted workflows for managing partner documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set and defend product strategy for the Distribution platform while ensuring zero disruption to existing customers.
• Own technical product decisions including API architecture, integration patterns, and legacy codebase trade-offs.
• Manage alignment across commercial, customer success, and external partners to balance customer needs with technical feasibility.
• Collaborate directly with senior engineers on architecture discussions and trade-off decisions.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows for synthesizing partner documentation and cross-team requirements.
