About the role

The Division Director will take strategic and economic responsibility for the arveo services division, driving its growth and market positioning. This role involves leading a team of approximately 20 employees, managing budgets, and developing innovative service offerings in document management and workflow solutions. The successful candidate will act as a key representative for the division, fostering partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue, budget, and operational controlling for the division's business units
• Provide leadership and professional guidance to Heads of Business Unit
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans and business development initiatives
• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 20 employees
• Identify market trends and customer needs to innovate service offerings
• Represent the division internally and externally to build and maintain client relationships
