Senior Product Manager - Auto

About the role

Zopa is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Automotive lending team. This role involves owning the product roadmap, balancing commercial outcomes with customer needs, and collaborating across Sales, Credit Risk, and Technology to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the Automotive product roadmap and make trade-offs across growth, margin, loss rates, and customer outcomes.
• Work with Sales and Credit Risk on dealer strategy, rate cards, and commercial choices.
• Meet with dealers, brokers, and intermediaries to translate insights into product decisions.
• Use data to investigate performance, test hypotheses, and build commercial models.
• Create business cases and committee papers for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Technology to define, sequence, and deliver product changes.
• Improve operational journeys to reduce friction and complaints.
