About the role

The SAP Division Manager will lead a team of approximately 15 employees through significant organizational changes and S/4HANA transformations. This role involves developing a future-proof SAP service model, managing external partners, and ensuring stable SAP operations while fostering team growth and competence development. The position offers significant creative freedom to shape the division's structure and strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SAP division, providing orientation and fostering employee growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to address demographic and technological changes within the SAP landscape.
• Manage external SAP service providers, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and adherence to service levels.
• Ensure stable SAP operations while actively shaping the S/4HANA roadmap.
• Maintain transparency regarding performance, capacity, and costs to ensure customer-oriented service delivery.

Qualifications
