Customer Implementation Engineer

About the role

The Customer Implementation Engineer will install SaaS solutions for hospitals and medical practices to ensure the smooth operation of cloud services. You will work within an experienced team to actively shape processes and continuously develop services. The role involves acting as a technical point of contact for users and IT staff while contributing to the optimization of cloud operations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and customize Telepaxx services for customers
• Build and configure customer environments in the TMD Cloud
• Develop tools and processes for secure and efficient cloud service operations
• Act as a technical contact for users and IT staff regarding image data management solutions
• Conduct root-cause analyses and collaborate across departments
• Support the optimization of change and operational processes
