About the role
As a Social Media Manager (Werkstudent), you will support the development of social media channels from content ideation to production and publication. You will work closely with the content, brand, and podcast teams to create engaging posts, reels, and stories that make complex financial and investment topics accessible and relevant. You will take responsibility for your own formats and contribute your own ideas to the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook and plan content schedules.
- Develop posts, carousels, reels, and stories from initial concept to final execution.
- Repurpose existing content such as articles, interviews, and expert discussions into social media formats.
- Assist in the production of the company podcast and create short-form video clips.
- Monitor social media trends and test new formats and mechanics to improve engagement.
