School of Product Management - Accelerator Mentor

About the role

Accelerator mentors are industry professionals who provide technical support to learners in their Nanodegree journey. Mentors meet virtually on a weekly basis with students for 1:1 sessions, activities, and deep dive sessions to facilitate learning and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for students daily over an online community forum
• Answer questions around course content and facilitate content for students who get stuck
• Participate in organizing community activities such as webinars, quizzes, and challenges
• Share extracurricular information and resources to enrich the community
• Attend regular online meetings and office hours with Udacity representatives
• Encourage engagement through discussions and technical activities
• Redirect learners to appropriate support channels and escalate issues to the Mentor Operations team
