Partner Operations & Systems Lead

About the role

Supabase is looking for a senior Partner Operations & Systems Lead to own the operational and technical backbone of its rapidly scaling partnerships function. This hands-on role involves designing systems, processes, and reporting, as well as building internal tools using AI-assisted development to drive operational rigor. You will report to the Head of Partnerships and act as a strategic partner in shaping the team's investment decisions and operational strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner tech stack end-to-end, including CRM partner objects, attribution tooling, and partner-facing portals.
• Design and run partner onboarding, tiering, and certification programs.
• Build internal automations and lightweight internal apps to remove manual operational work.
• Produce recurring performance reporting on partner-attributed revenue and pipeline influence.
• Serve as the connective tissue between Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Finance to ensure operational alignment.
