About the role

Enpal is looking for a Team Lead to oversee the operational and planning aspects of installing photovoltaic systems and heat pumps. You will coordinate teams to ensure efficient installations, provide technical support on-site, and collaborate with departments like quality management and logistics to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities

• Operative und planerische Unterstützung in der Fertigstellung von Photovoltaikanlagen und Wärmepumpen
• Koordinierung diverser Teams, um eine reibungslose und effiziente Installation unserer Produkte sicherzustellen
• Enger Austausch mit den Teams zur Abstimmung von Arbeitsabläufen und erste Ansprechperson bei technischen Herausforderungen vor Ort
• Enge Zusammenarbeit und regelmäßiger Austausch mit anderen Abteilungen, insbesondere dem Qualitätsmanagement und der Logistik
