Senior IT Security Administrator

About the role

The Senior IT Security Administrator will take on both operational and strategic responsibilities to shape the company's security architecture. This role involves managing security solutions, overseeing identity and access management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards within an insurance services environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and develop security solutions, including vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.
• Manage identities, permissions, and access concepts through IAM and PAM.
• Monitor and secure cloud environments and hybrid infrastructures.
• Develop and maintain the company-wide IT security strategy and roadmap.
• Create and update security concepts, policies, and standards such as ISMS according to ISO 27001.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including DORA, DSGVO, and NIS2.
