About the role
The Partner Development Manager will lead Cohere's partner go-to-market strategy for the Enterprise and Public Sector markets in Germany and the DACH region. This role focuses on building strategic alliances with system integrators, technology partners, and government entities to drive AI adoption and digital transformation. You will be responsible for co-creating value, managing partner pipelines, and positioning Cohere as a leader in responsible generative AI.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the partner go-to-market plan for the Enterprise and Public Sector market.
- Recruit and manage high-impact partners including system integrators, resellers, and cloud providers.
- Lead partner onboarding, training, and certification programs to ensure effective solution deployment.
- Generate joint pipeline through co-sell motions and strategic go-to-market initiatives.
- Conduct joint business planning and quarterly business reviews to track performance against ARR targets.
- Serve as the partner advocate within Cohere and provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Legal teams.
- Evangelize Cohere's vision at industry events and build thought leadership in AI for government and public services.

Qualifications
