About the role

The Head of Cloud Platform Development will lead the strategic and technical evolution of modern cloud platforms based on Kubernetes and OpenStack. This role involves bridging technological expertise with strategic vision to develop future-proof platform solutions alongside a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the further development of Kubernetes and OpenStack-based cloud platforms.
• Develop technical roadmaps, define development priorities, and guide architectural decisions.
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to the team and foster employee development.
• Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure the quality of platform solutions and their structured handover to the operations department.
