About the role

Capco is seeking a consultant to join their team and work on BSI projects within the financial services sector. The role involves analyzing business processes and developing efficient solutions in the BSI Customer Suite with a focus on CRM and CX. You will collaborate closely with product owners and development teams to translate complex requirements into user stories.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify optimization potential to develop efficient solutions in the BSI Customer Suite.
• Develop requirements in close coordination with the Product Owner to formulate user stories.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure successful implementation of requirements.
• Act as a Business Analyst or take on the role of Product Owner to shape project vision.
