Working Student Integrations Management

About the role

As a Working Student in Integrations Management, you will support the Interoperability & Integrations team by configuring API gateways and ensuring reliable operations. You will act as a key interface between customers, first-level support, and the engineering team to resolve technical issues and manage support tickets. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a purpose-driven healthtech environment while balancing your academic studies.

Responsibilities

• Configure API gateways in hospitals to ensure reliable operation.
• Monitor API gateways and perform troubleshooting using Datadog.
• Manage incoming support tickets, reproduce errors, and identify root causes.
• Act as a technical contact for first-level support and collaborate with the engineering team.
• Create bug tickets and maintain communication with stakeholders regarding issue status.

Qualifications
