About the role

The role involves supporting front-office units with the onboarding of private and institutional clients and external service providers. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with contract handling, fund registration, and regulatory reporting requirements for various investment structures.

Responsibilities

• Support front-office units with client and service provider onboarding
• Monitor compliance for contracts, service level agreements, and fund registrations
• Control the accuracy and completeness of new investment structures
• Register investment funds with international authorities
• Review fund documentation, prospectuses, and investor information
• Maintain fund information and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance
• Manage customer master data and contract databases
• Provide administrative support for committee meetings
