About the role

Berlitz is undergoing a significant global transformation and is seeking an engineer to own its enterprise integrations architecture. You will be responsible for setting standards for connectors, managing identity and learning system integrations, and partnering with security and sales teams to support enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise integrations architecture across identity, learning, and HR systems.
  • Build and maintain SSO using SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect.
  • Implement user and group provisioning through SCIM 2.0 and directory sync.
  • Integrate with enterprise LMS and LXP platforms using standards like LTI 1.3, xAPI, SCORM, and cmi5.
  • Integrate with HRIS platforms to sync employee, org structure, and cost centre data.
  • Design robust sync patterns including webhooks, scheduled syncs, and error reporting.
  • Support pre-sales and onboarding as the technical expert for integration scoping.
