About the role

The Healthcare & Life Sciences Principal will partner with EMEA sales and engineering leadership to shape and execute the regional growth strategy for the HLS sector. This role involves defining market opportunities, building organizational capabilities, and personally advancing critical customer and alliance initiatives. The position requires a blend of industry expertise, technical fluency in data and AI platforms, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the pipeline and financial performance for the segment by developing and executing a multi-year strategic growth plan.
• Define and articulate the value proposition for Healthcare & Life Sciences to drive growth.
• Architect and launch strategic go-to-market plans with priority partners and internal cross-functional teams.
• Orchestrate strategic vertical alliances and operationalize relationships to secure reference architectures.
• Enable and mobilize the partner ecosystem by providing specialized tools, training, and playbooks.
• Act as a spokesperson for the vertical vision in customer meetings, industry events, and analyst briefings.
