About the role

The Chargé d'Affaires will manage industrial piping projects from initial prospecting to project closure. This role involves overseeing technical and commercial aspects, including client relationship management, site visits, and project execution coordination. The position requires close collaboration with the design office, workshop, and field teams to ensure project quality, safety, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of industrial clients and prospect for new opportunities.
• Respond to consultations and calls for tenders, including analyzing specifications and conducting site visits.
• Consult with suppliers and subcontractors in coordination with the design office.
• Prepare technical-commercial proposals, including costing and scheduling, and negotiate terms with clients.
• Coordinate and monitor site execution, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage invoicing, track progress, and provide activity reporting.

Qualifications

• Technical degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in industrial product design or mechanical engineering
