About the role

Outpost is looking for a junior generalist to join their team and work directly with the founders on high-impact initiatives across product, onboarding, market launches, finance, and GTM. You will own concrete workstreams from day one, focusing on problem-solving at scale and designing systems to drive efficiency and global growth. This role is designed for someone who values breadth over depth and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Scope product features by gathering pain points and sizing opportunities
• Track product performance and competitive positioning
• Improve processes across onboarding, compliance, and merchant operations
• Support new market launches by managing legal, tax, and operational checklists
• Build and maintain financial models for unit economics and market planning
• Maintain KPI tracking and reporting
• Support the preparation of investor updates and board materials
