Senior / Lead Product Manager

About the role

Kwalee is seeking a Senior or Lead Product Manager to shape the future of their live games by driving retention, engagement, and monetisation. You will partner with Executive Producers to form hypotheses, design experiments, and prioritise roadmaps based on player data. This role is based onsite at the Leamington Spa studio and focuses on delivering measurable value through data-driven product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand the games inside out and identify opportunities in retention, engagement, economy, and monetisation.
• Turn opportunities into clear hypotheses with defined success metrics.
• Design and interpret A/B tests in collaboration with product analysts.
• Build and prioritise the game roadmap based on potential value.
• Integrate insights from UA and creative teams into game development.
• Guide product analysts and contribute to the overall product craft across the portfolio.
