About the role

As an E-Commerce Intern, you will analyze the customer journey to optimize search, product pages, and checkout processes. You will contribute to the development of new shop features, conduct A/B tests, and explore AI-driven solutions for the online shop. This role involves working closely with development and marketing teams to drive data-informed improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer journey to improve search, product pages, and checkout
• Develop and test new shop features from concept to go-live
• Utilize GA4 and dashboards to derive actionable insights
• Formulate hypotheses and support A/B testing
• Test and implement AI features such as guided selling or conversational shopping
• Collaborate with development and marketing teams
