About the role

As a Producer at Beyond Sports, you will serve as the operational heartbeat of live broadcasts, managing technical systems on-site and coordinating with directors and crews. You will balance live event execution with office-based responsibilities, including scheduling, data management, and contributing to software development through proactive feedback. This role requires a technically savvy individual who thrives in high-pressure environments and is comfortable with frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Operate key broadcast software, handle live switching, and manage media assets during live events.
• Troubleshoot digital tools and hardware to ensure flawless real-time execution.
• Coordinate with directors, technical crews, and talent to ensure high-quality output.
• Schedule games for major sports leagues and manage data storage.
• Provide proactive feedback to development teams and create documentation to prevent system failures.
• Manage budgets, plan risk management strategies, and train clients on tool usage.
