About the role

As an Operations & AI Analyst Intern, you will act as the interface between customers, AI tools, and the internal team. You will manage the notarization process, resolve complex cases, and provide insights on AI performance to help optimize operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the notarization process and resolve stuck cases.
• Work daily with live AI tools including voice agents, language models, and automation pipelines.
• Analyze AI performance to identify successes and failures and share findings with the team.
• Propose and implement new ideas for AI-driven operational improvements.
• Improve existing processes rather than just addressing individual issues.
