Senior Programme Manager - EU Projects

About the role

The Senior Programme Manager will oversee a portfolio of complex, multi-stakeholder EU-funded projects and service contracts, ensuring high-quality performance and compliance. This role involves line management of staff, strategic positioning of the organization's programs, and leading stakeholder engagement across the Baltic and North Sea regions. The successful candidate will also drive new project acquisition and represent the organization at international events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of complex, multi-stakeholder EU-funded projects and service contracts.
• Line manage, coordinate, and guide staff members, including capacity management and performance appraisal.
• Lead strategic stakeholder engagement with government agencies, industry partners, and research organizations.
• Author policy briefs, position papers, expert reports, and project deliverables.
• Represent the organization at workshops, conferences, and events, including facilitation and public speaking.
• Scout new project acquisition opportunities, including consortium building and proposal writing.

Qualifications
