About the role

As Head of Software Engineering, you will lead the engineering department, overseeing resource planning, organizational strategy, and technical direction. You will foster a high-performing culture while collaborating with executive leadership to align engineering roadmaps with business and product goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire engineering team and translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Manage Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, and Technical Product Managers while overseeing performance and development.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Product, and Go-To-Market teams on strategic planning and company-wide decision-making.
• Manage the engineering budget, workforce planning, and external vendor strategy.
• Oversee the recruiting process for new team members.
