About the role

As a Quality Inspector and Metrology Technician, you will ensure that implants and instruments meet the highest standards of safety and precision. You will be responsible for conducting quality controls, operating 3D coordinate measuring machines, and managing documentation within CAQ and ERP systems. This role serves as a key interface in the quality department, ensuring process integrity and handling complaint processing when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process, intermediate, and final inspections of implants and instruments in endoprosthetics.
• Perform inspections using surface measurement methods such as contour profilometers, multisensors, CMMs, and various hand-held measuring tools.
• Operate and maintain 3D coordinate measuring machines, including programming tasks.
• Act as an interface in the quality department to ensure smooth transitions between upstream and downstream processes.
• Initiate internal complaint processing procedures when required.
• Manage production-related documentation in CAQ and ERP systems and verify document accuracy.
