Partner Enablement Manager

About the role

The Partner Enablement Manager collaborates on implementing strategic initiatives for our advanced partner ecosystem, ensuring key regional partners have the tools, training, and resources needed for successful product or service delivery. This role involves designing and delivering training programs, building strong relationships with partners, and acting as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and project handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver partner trainings of Keyfactor solutions, services, and best practices.
• Collaborate on the design and delivery of training programs to educate partners about our products, services, positioning, and competitive advantages.
• Collaborate on the creation and curation of training content, including presentations, webinars, and product guides.
• Build strong relationships with advanced regional partners and act as a primary point of contact for inquiries and issues.
• Provide ongoing support to partners, address technical questions, and help them overcome obstacles.
• Navigate the transition of projects from partner delivery to Keyfactor Support/Customer Success Teams.
• Collaborate with sales and global service teams to ensure partners have the necessary resources to scope and deliver projects.

Qualifications
