About the role
This is a new leadership role responsible for partnering with Global Shared Services teams on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design. You will also build and implement a global framework for managing behavior and performance concerns across the organization. The role requires a strategic partner who can balance high-growth operational needs with the development of robust people standards.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Global Shared Services leaders on team structure, workforce planning, and talent decisions.
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning for global functions as the organization scales.
- Own talent and succession planning, including identifying flight risks and single points of failure.
- Partner on performance and compensation decisions, including calibration and promotion cases.
- Define and communicate global standards for behavior and underperformance to ensure consistent handling of concerns.
- Build an employment decision framework in partnership with Legal, including a delegated authority matrix.
- Coach HR Managers through complex cases and act as a technical escalation point for global staff issues.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR business partner experience with executive and senior leaders

- Experience holding or advising on disciplinary and capability decisions in multiple jurisdictions
