About the role
The Senior Regulatory Affairs & Entity Corporate Governance Manager will lead the company’s regulatory strategy and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. This role involves providing strategic guidance on governance matters to support global corporate entities and working closely with legal, risk, and operational teams. The position is a 10-month fixed-term contract focused on implementing a regulatory framework that meets international requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regulatory strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Monitor and interpret global regulatory changes and assess their impact on the company.
- Oversee the corporate governance framework and ensure adherence to best practices and Company Law requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of corporate entities, including structures, board information, and registrations.
- Coordinate statutory filings, regulatory reports, and annual disclosures for all entities.
- Identify and assess regulatory and governance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a global regulatory and corporate governance team.
